Our work in the industry has shown us that one area that needs attention is vendor management and support. Vendors such as Third Party Administrators and Pharmacy Benefit Managers make or break a benefits plan.
Even the most innovative vendors are often too far removed from the point of sale and/or experience frustrations as their message is diluted in the over-populated industry and many groups and advisors suffer from "decision-fatique" in determining the best solution.
We work with vendors (whose mission and vision we believe in) to enhance their solutions, build unique products around those solutions, ensure underwriters appropriately analyze their impact, and distribute them to the right partners and clients.
